J., I also think that ASCOM has unloaded 600,000 shares earlier, during a high volume price break from the $8-$9 level down to the $6 level. And, the price is up a little today, but on no volume.

However, you could still be right that a filing like this could indicate something is up. I hope it works out better than their last sale.

I wish it were so. Ascom already filed to sell the 600,000 shares on April 21, 1998. Now they refile to sell them on August 21. I doubt they would have refiled if they had sold them on July 20th.

Maybe the Psychic Hot Line told them to file to sell 600,000 shares on the 21st of every month that starts with an "A". Brad, can you help us with this?
