dream on, major Tom.
It just aint gonna happen in
this life. The stock has the
smell of Dog Shit on it
now and no one would want to
step into that mess even
with hip boots on.

any legit company would have to
be nuts to even consider getting involoved
with this shell.

also who would want to try to clean up
this mess anyway??? you really dont know
how many shares are out their, and their could be
hidden surprises to come. lawsuits, audits,
years of litigation............need I say more.

the best thing to do is just put
this one to sleep like a race horse with
a couple of broken legs. Its just gonna be a lot
less painful that way, for all involved.

sorry,

I think a class action suit might cause the
targets of the action - Jack Uselton, Joe Gort, Mark Tow
and John Christensen to reform the business or
get another business under the shell to avoid the lawsuit.
If they refuse and the lawsuit is pressed against them,
then their business and private assets would be made
reparation to the victim shareholders.

Has anyone heard anything about a lawfirm taking the case?

I'd keep an eye on this one for awhile, right now it looks like it'll go back into hibernation,, for how long who knows but people should remember this company probably has a very interesting history,, I occasionally watched it for awhile when it was ICVI during the early part of the year, for a company with little going for it ICVI sure had some pretty steep peaks and valleys,, I think the legacy will likely continue, expect another name change and a possible reverse split, then just like what happened in May, out of the blue, a new company is formed and the stock suddenly comes to life,, does anyone remember the day the MTEI merger was announced?? the stock actually ticked down to the mid .04 cent range,, i'd keep an eye on it...........
