Really it does not make a lot of difference on a 2 cent stock even if it was passed and i am like you not sure of it. Many times approval is asked for and received and never exercised it is just an option and the co. has to keep head above water in the mean time. Hope you can see the future and join us. This was part of the solicitation statement.
I assume this is why we did not receive one in mail.

"Officers and Directors of the Company are expected to
execute consents in favor of the foregoing action. Officers and
Directors own 0.69% of the outstanding shares the Company's
Common Stock."


Therefore Officers and Directors own abt. 34,034,952 shares.
Therefore Total shares issued now = 100,000,000 shares
