James, I would hope that someone living in the Toronto area or who has a toll free line can call GME. Like I say, I'm not concerned about which side wins, I did however receive in the mail a copy of the GME Quarterly Report.

The Operations comments are a little dated (Dec 31, 1997 reserve numbers). But it did give an excellent summary of the Legal dispute. AN interesting comment in the Management Discussion section was, "certain of the directors and their associates have committed to provide adequate funding which would enable the corporation to continue operations". (versus a share issue I presume).

GME's Income has only interest income of $797. Shows a loss per share of 5c. So GME does not appear to be getting any income from operations
I suppose that this would be restated once the dispute is settled and GME gets its fair fake/share.

Cheers Winzer
