Gene, Re: Look's like Mendocino is offered as Celeron 333 and CeleronA300. What the heck is that supposed to mean ?

That means there is one single brand from Intel called
Celeron which has the following offerings:

PII 266 w/o cache (Celeron 266)
PII 300 w/o cache (Celeron 300)
PII 300 w/128K on chip cache (Celeron 300A)
PII 333 w/128K on chip cache (Celeron 333)

The 'A' is for distinguishing the overlapping MHz for 300.
