The financials will be audited when they render a decision.

You're tiresomely repetitious about this, but FINE: 10Qs don't need to be audited, so I assume AZNT's problem with the SEC has to do with other matters. And let me note further that YOU are the one saying the company and the SEC are at odds. All I know is that their past 10Qs have been late, and are late again this quarter.

I do not understand this:
.....the SEC and AZNT are working together to ascertain how to evaluate the value of his intellectual properties. The financials will be audited when they render a decision.

Is this a new role for the SEC, or do you know of another stock in which the SEC has rendered a decision on the value of intellectual property?

TIA
