Dear Toni W,
Sorry for taking so long in replying. Anyway, DCTC entered into an LOI to acquire Worldpass earlier this year, what was said on the thread is that they upped the ante last minute as well as during DD
by DCTC some things came up that did not jive, nothing was ever released by DCTC to my knowledge explaining why this LOI was never acted upon. Do not have posts handy but as I recall Joe Medsker shared some of this info perhaps if you send him a Private Message he will respond, or for that fact call the company directly.
Sorry that I cannot offer more information, all my best,, DP

TW,
If I remember correctly DCI decided to pass on the deal after spending quite a bit of time going over the books. I also believe that after DCI started their DD the LOCUS deal came along and that may have had some influence on their decision. From what I can remember about WorldPass's revenues, if Joe had to make a choice, IMO we are better off with LOCUS. Of course the deal has not closed yet but it's very close. We should hear something very soon about both LOCUS and TWC. I still expect one of them to close before the end of the month and there is a good chance we could see press releases on both. We will cross the $100 million of revenues with either one of the deals.

Best Regards
