Hei, I don't own this stock but interested in action here.
It seems all of you own this company. Why don't you call their IR and ask if there are news pending.

Rumor is Nortel and Cisco are looking at acquiring PRMS. 1/3 of PRMS's revenues come from Lucent thru their OEM agreement. October is approaching for Lucent's ability to pool stock....so anything could happen. The only reason I have for the dip(s) are institutional selling or short sellers.

Either this stock is a screaming buy, or someone knows about some very negative news ahead.

I can't find anything in the news releases to account for this big drop in the stock price.

But, I also don't understand why the company hasn't issued a press release to try to calm the panic.

The only thing I can see is that some of their customers are running into difficulties in Asia...
