Cliff I too suggest you cal MS unless you are trying to create disrest on the thread. My question for all is could IDB be facored into (but not made public by FNTN yet as the deal hasn't been announced - it could be closed though.....increasing the 18 outstanding to 19.5 outstanding and increasing the closely held to maybe 6.5 to keep float at 13 million. Just a fancy guess but could IDB deal be 1.5 million shares and cash from the investment banker...that's what I am thinking out loud.) Prepared to be off target but I believe this slight dilution is a form of 'buying' and should not be worried about....the company has said that are more than adequately capitalized. Not worried at all.... jpbp
