WISDOM from Randix98 on Yahoo: Message 5951 of 5952 Randix98 Aug 24 1998 10:33PM EDT " ...For the cost of a filing fee, you can't buy the kind of publicity that a class action filing generates when you can get it on the news wires. As a practical matter, it is so common, that I suggest that the filing of a class action lawsuit against any company has only a nominal negative impact on the stock; similarly, the dismissal of such a lawsuit, has very little positive impact. In CCSI's case, the class action lawsuits were simply a matter of piling on, the real fraud and intentional torts were committed not only by Asensio, in my own opinion based on what I've seen, but by certain other parties in their capacity as market makers, certain hedge funds, and it would appear, by certain individuals with access to certain media publications. Unless it appears that M/W initiated their lawsuit as part of a conspiracy or based on inside information, you will find the State Bar of California, especially under current financial restraints, very unwilling to investigate. The best possible avenue for any complaints is the SEC. Yes, it is frustrating to see the wide publicity generated when M/W filed, and the lack of any publicity when they've dropped out. As a practical matter, however, I really doubt you will find buyers rushing to pick up CCSI because the case has been dropped by M/W, regardless of the reason, and I really doubt anyone sold off their position because the class action was initiated. I am a large investor in CCSI and continue to believe in the company and continue to be a buyer. Keep your eye on the ball. The price of the stock did not drop because they didn't have a good earnings report, because the FDA changed their mind on their approval, because they lost a large client, because a distributor terminated their contract, because their patents were invalidated, or because a competitor was successful. The stock dropped because in my own opinion, it was being manipulated by a number of parties in a number of ways with what I believe to be false statements."
