I'm bored. Something's got to give with this market. One way or the other.

Four more IPOs delayed due to market
conditions

NEW YORK, Aug 24 (Reuters) - Orthopedic Biosystems Ltd Inc.
(OBL - news), Troy Group (TROY - news), International Plastics
(IPTX - news) and Performance Printing (INKSu - news) delayed their IPOs until early or
mid-September due to market conditions, according to underwriters.

An analyst at First London Securities Corp., Performance Printing's underwriter, said they
were delaying the deal until the week of September 7 to wait for market conditions to
stabilize.

The deal was supposed to price 1.2 million shares at $4 to $6 on August 25.

Orthopedic Biosystems had planned to price 2.3 million shares at $6 to $7 during the week
of August 31 and Troy Group was expected to price 2.2 million shares at $6 to $8 during
the same week. Both deals are underwritten by Cruttenden & Roth.

International Plastics, underwritten by Network1, was supposed to price 1.25 million
shares at $4.5 a share late August and is now also expected to go public mid-September.
