THE COMPANY IS AWAITING A DETERMINATION FROM THE SEC IN REGARDS TO
TECHNOLOGY EVALUATION. THEREFORE, UNTIL SUCH TIME AS THE DETERMINATION
IS MADE BY THE SEC, WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO FINALIZE THE FINANCIAL
STATEMENT.

mark i suggest you look at itex and their work with sec regarding accounting practices regarding barter.
