I'm assuming that's a CIEN price of $46-49 based on TLAB's current price of $58 or so. And as that's 10 points from where CIEN is now, does that mean the market is taking out a premium on CIEN until the deal is announced, or does it mean they plan to take a big chunk out of TLAB if the deal goes through at .80-.85?
