I liked that. But on a serious note.....

Individual companies, including AT&T, Con Edison and BellSouth, are testing billing their own customers online.

Doesn't this too go through CKFR? I mean that even though you don't see their name, don't they still backend these guys? Just not through the CKFR site? Please correct where/if I'm in error.
