(NYSE: UPR - news; UPR) its 19 percent working interest in Matagorda 623 Field, a prolific primarily natural gas area located in the Gulf of Mexico off the middle Texas coast. EOG's share of production from the field will be approximately 50 million cubic feet equivalent per day (MMcf/d). The $158 million transaction is expected to close by the end of August." --PRNewswire
