Principles are tight lipped so not much rumors out there. They have filed a 10 k to go fully reporting and maybe some big alliances coming in the pipelines shortly?" Author Unknown! Bill, Maybe that should have read "Author Not Clued". You don't just up and file a 10k and, voila, you're a reporting company. Only a handful of BB's report to the SEC. There are many other forms to be filed first and a rigorous audit to go with it. It takes 3 months at times. And even then they only do it when they are filing for NASDAQ status, which they plan on meeting the requirements. A 10SB has to be filed as well, IIRC. Cliff
