Except that in this case it would appear that we have ample reason to only value the technology at what the company itself recognized it when it licensed it. It would either seem to be the SEC on the one hand or the IRS on the other.

But maybe you can take a crack now at where these "illegal" shares came from to be in someone's account to begin with. Do you suppose that the DTC (Let me help you here, the Depository Trust Corp.) just thought that there needed to be more shares in the marketplace or that by some clerical error there were suddenly 4M shares? Or would these be shares that were sold as restricted shares through private unfiled transactions that are illegal now?

I for one continue to wonder where the increase in Paid in Capital came from. It would look to me like the company has made more money off the sale of stock, than off of the sales of their products. And they seem to have fairly well blown through that money as well, by the looks of it. Don't tell me this money has been flowing into Dr. Loricchio's favorite charities Abracel and Loripar?

Ever seen a stock resist the onslaught such as we are seeing now and not only hold, but actually keep inching up? Intellectual Properties is a field that is only beginning to develop and have precedents set that can be used as guides to future value ... and then it is really the epitome of "DAGWAG" technology. About ten years ago, we had the opportunity to sew up the Kava production on Kandavu, and although we believed in it, it was not a popular herb here in the states ... look at what has happened to it in the past two years ... I still enjoy a cup of it when I need to calm down and relax ...
