I should have seen this one coming, but forgot. Happens almost every El Nino end.
Flooding along the Rio Grande kills many.

For those that don't know, the Rio Grande valley produces great amounts of citrus (orange juice futures?) and fall/early winter veggies. Most of Texas oranges are used for juice(medium size,thinner skins, seeded).
This comes on the back of some grove loss in Florida & Texas due to Early season fires, and drought loss in CA & TX.
