The simple answer to all your questions about NASI and THX is NO. Nothing in your questions is backed up by any facts that suggest the problems are under the control of either company. The issue to me seems to be

1) people made a killing on both stocks, took the money and ran based on one bad analyst report in July which was never substantiated
2) the therapy is not totally proven and needs some 10 year data.

There is enough uncertainty and there was way too much hype and inflation of values. People just took their profits. Now these companies are ordinary investments, still risky but the quick upside potential is gone and gone for good. I am still holding at a huge loss but am realistic and expect a long long term payoff.
