Zoltan, Thank God the Democrats were not able to defeat the U.S. Constitution and use "sampling" to create millions of new Democratic voters in the year 2,000. The founding fathers had it right...if you don't want to be counted by the census takers, you don't count. I still remember talking to the census taker in 1990. I had a great time explaining how there were actually 5 apartments built into this old victorian house I lived in. It was quite amusing... -John
