You will appreciate this one, being the master of subtlety that you are: ANTCIE is a Brazilian corporation formed for the purpose of transacting business in Brazil. Under Brazilian law, only Brazilian corporations can export or import products from Brazil. sec.gov You remember ANTCIE that's the company owned by the principals of AZNT that is the apparently sole supplier of raw materials and manufactured artifacts from the jungles of the Amazon rain forest. I am so sure that the government of Brazil has import restrictions on products manufactured locally.
