DELL could be 'duplicated', and quite successfully. All it would take is the ability to 'finance' that position as you 'ate DELLs lunch'! Concept is really quite simple!

1) Find investor that has the ability to spend 'large' sums of money to establish the company. Name like Bill Gates and Warren Buffet come to mind with that kind of money.

2) Find those investors that have the resources and the desire to enter into competition. No names come to mind here!

Well I guess that duplication DELL isn't really that easy!
