It is the leaders of this thread that owe an apology to all
those who's money they took.
It is your group which committed larceny in the manipulation
of stocks for betterment of those involved in a number of
conspiracies contrived on this BB.

Your leaders played insider information which was simply the
forward knowledge of pending scams:
ragingbull.com
So, what about the macker--Joe Gort connection?

They hyped FALSE information they knew invalid, and then
sold into the resulting buying.
Who was lying? How do they continually hook up with these companies? How do they create the information pipeline which makes others perceive them as insiders? What kind of deals were struck between themselves and these companies? Did they withhold material information? On and on....just come clean people. Confession is good for the soul.

If however the response continues to be such as it was. Essentially them saying ...."well, you were stupid to listen to us in the first place" then we have to conclude that this was a scam.

Finally, another common theme i hear in response to posts...that being..."quit whining and looking for scapegoats...take responsibility for you actions". I can say this. I have taken responsibility for my actions through my losses. Further I feel it is my responsibility to inform others about this and it is my responsibility to do what I can so others don't get sucked in to this type of scam. If I need to talk to law enforcement agencies I will. The final point being that those who scammed me should also be prepared to take responsibility for their actions.

Further, it's not just the notorious history of this group's
involvement. As with all companies they become teamed with,
DGIV has many problems:

Requirements:

1. Fully reporting status
DGIV has no status

2. 2 million in "TANGIBLE" net worth as defined by SEC
DGIV doesn't qualify

3. Bid price of $4
DGIV doesn't qualify

4. Accountant SEC recognized
DGIV doesn't qualify

5. EPS
DGIV cannot provide

6. Book value per share
DGIV cannot provide

7. PE to growth ratio
DGIV cannot provide

SEC violations for:
a) failure to notify public Safe Harbor Act
b) violation of securities act for sales of securities in excess of $1 million under rule 504
c) failure to disclose in detail shares issued to promoters

It looks like the SEC is calling DGIV a scam too.
