Rick and Chuck both quoted in the first few pages of the merger whitepaper, although I suppose you could make the argument that would be a given given the role of Goldman & Morgan Stanley.

Looking forward to some in-depth comments from them and others.

TD-Healtheon is the '96 startup founded by Jim Clark which aims to automate access and communication of information by physicians and hospitals using the Internet as its platform. So, it really is a technology company. They are actually supposed to do $70 million in revs this year. But it doesn't seem like the type of company you invest in.
