Darlene - re $AUS - should we be buying Normandy Mines, and SA mines, in fact all mines operating where the currency has tanked? What about mines operating exclusively in Indonesia - one I can think of is Atapa (AML - MSE). Don't know if it all adds up to forward sales though - aren't forward sales arranged in US$? Therefore these companies may very well prefer the spot market if they feel that the US$ is near its high. This could even lead to a move away from forward selling maybe? Gold stocks performed very poorly today even though Au was flat. Wonder why? E.
