Tippet,

<<I'm not either. I think INTC will be in the 40's within 6 - 9 months.>>

Based on: a 15 P/E on Tom K. 's numbers; a "disconcerting" chart pattern; general market malaise; or a 3:1 stock spilt?

Just like to hear your valuation scenario.

If you mean 140's, I agree with you. INTC is going through a product transition and is still hitting on all cylinders. They are also going for the throat in the segment-zero market, and look to be gaining rapidly. This past Sunday's ads for Best Buy and Circuit City had all INTC processors! Not one AMD to be found. In 2-3 years, newbies to INTC will be asking what threat to INTC AMD really posed.

tippet,
RE:-" I think INTC will be in the 40's within 6 - 9 months."

I am impressed. I suppose you will
1. Stay in cash
2. Place buy order to load up INTC @ 40
&
3. Join the Maytag repair men on the bench while you wait for your lucky day!

Have a nice time bottom fishing,
humble carl
