This has been my argument as well. As long as internet accounts are untimed, this is a major disadvantage to wavetop. Since with wavetop you really still need an internet connection to get more in depth material, if these accounts are unlimited, I believe many people will choose to use only their ISP. However, if timed accounts become the norm, or Wavetop can increase their bandwidth, then IMO wavetop becomes more attractive.
