I'm getting many emails everyday asking why HVAR is so low, and for a new short and long term outlook.

We have been promised that EPS for this year...will be around $0.15. The usual profitable BB in a situation like HVAR, has a pe of 10. So a target price of $1.50, for early next year...is very reasonable. Until then we will continue to see steady accumulation. And with what we have coming ahead....conference calls, CNBC, smokeouts...etc, we are bound to see a sudden spike. And IMO...the next spike will be enough to get through the resistance at $0.20, and much higher.

For a longer term outlook...we have consider the following: In 1998, they will make $0.15 EPS with 1 store open for the whole year, 1 bigger store w/lounge open for 1/2 year, mail-order open for 1/3 year, and website open for 1/3 year. If you notice...1998 is still a start-up year, so 1999 should be a lot bigger. About 3 more stores are set to open up within the next 6 months. So if you take everything into account...earnings could reach incredible numbers next year. Anything can happen, so I am not even going to make a prediction. But what I can see...is a NASDAQ listing in the not too distant future.

This is in my long-term section of my portfolio, as it is with the many other people I keep in contact with via email on a daily basis. This company is for real and already pulling in big revenues. That is a whole lot more than most companies at $0.14.
