Frank, I don't believe in efficient market theory not in the short term and in the long term things change too fast for technology firms. You are right the analyst are bullish on QWST and it is a great company. The original owner of QWST has not sold any share and he has the largest holding.
I bought Conceco (CNC) a while back and it is strong buy, most analyst are positive on the company. It's an insurance company that has a higher growth rate and yet it trades at significant discount to industry and market. Many of it's insiders have purchased shares in the company. BUT the price of the stock has been going down. It's the same with QWST it's a great company but it's price will go down just because it went down the day before,.... These days there is no logic to market. I am becoming more and more convinced that technical analysis is the only way to go. I bought QWST at $40.25 and it's too late for me to sell but I can see it going lower. I will buy more when it crosses 200D line again.
QWST IR still has not returned my call.
