Nothing technical. I was unable to take profit at close of day yesterday, because I was unexpectedly taken away from net access. Normally, I try to close out at end of day when day trading. Overnight showed some strength, but this appeared on open to be completion of day end rally. Early weakness led me to believe price would decline during day, so I sold early. Thought about getting in near 40, but again called away from net access, and limit bid to buy that I left in place did not execute. More sequence of events, than analysis...
