Ms. Shell, If you have problems with the FDA's classification of AZNT's PhytoGenic products as dietary supplements why don't you petition to the FDA for a change in their criteria for such. It is probably an easy matter for them to change it for you. I feel you might have more success going directly to the FDA than venting on S.I. where people come to discuss stocks. RB
