Thanks David. Curious about this thread however and the general rampant mistrust concerning that buyout release even up until today. Any explanations? Stock scams are much harder to get away with now, but what has lead everyone to express these fears? Couple of questions (after 5:00, ir, businesses closed, so I have to ask you if you don't mind) What is the # of outstanding shares here? Co. have any debt? Thanks in advance.

off topic......... david.......do you know about spell check........ next to the submit response button........click the box PREVIEW.... when your post comes up........all the words in "red" might be spelled wrong.........you then have a chance to correct them by pressing EDIT............... regards Jeff
