Paul A:

Got to respond to DreamWeaver first.

<<Reason to short:
RBOC's = Big
WCII = Small >>

Explain a little DW.

Paul A:

<<WCII has a great deal of 'long' money that just isnt willing to sell, and aside from the weak hands we accumulated with the last runup-here isnt much downside here.>>

This statement really says in a few words that I tried to say to limtex. It simply comes down to who is right, long or short. Well, as I understand it, short is wrong 85 % of the time. Buy and hold is successful.
Now, before someone jumps on me because there are exceptions to that rule, we have many positive arguments for WCII.

I think your usage of 'weak hands' is correct. Weak hands are getting out. Therefore, a drop. I can buy that. I cannot buy it being shorters.

Thanks
