[Celebra alliance w/pfe]--- Was looking at mtc with celebra's
fda submittal so close and saw this post. Be advised that mtc
received 100 million from pfizer during the first quarter of this
year(check their 10q ) to market celebra. The terms of the percentages
are not disclosed but another deal pfe struck with wla to market lipitor gives pfe about 20-25% of sales revenue. I assume that ahp
will not kill the deal once the merger goes through but who knows?
Pfizer is considered the best marketing team in the business. Wla
will vouch for that.

Hope this helps.
