SAWS

David,

IFFFF that was a signal on Friday (it was only 10% higher volume than two days previous, which makes it weak), it was nigh on unplayable. IMFO, the time to have played SAWS was to short the flange, anywhere in the high-volume week 7/13-17, or for that matter the following week, as there was nothing but low-volume water-treading going on there--a fairly reliable sign with cats that they've run out of flee-power and are itching to go down. (Sorry for the confused pun.)
This may be a correction-influenced thought on my part, but I've noticed that cats are close to 100% sure to go back down at some point. I've become quite interested in shorting them, for that reason. My gravest concern is the stop-loss on such positions. As Doug's pointed out time and again, the conceiveable loss on a short position is infinite.
