All I can say is that this doesn't add up. How can Geac with record Rev 700Mil with 200mil in cash and 100 mil line of credit with a good track record of taking over companies that add to their EPS. With Y2K solutions and shortage of IT people the future looks bright from my point of view. There has to be more than just Saddler not taking a position on the board. I'm having a hard time figuring out why the street has it in for Geac. Could it be the next quarter EPS will be down? I can't figure this one out. Nothing like grabbing at straws. JMHO Mike
