DRIV Patent Titles...

Tom Langenfeld, IR for DRIV, was kind enough to fax me his notes on DRIV's patents pending. He lists only seven, not sure where the other 5 are! Maybe his note taking session was cut short by a coffee break. Anyway, here are 7 of the 12.

1)Self-launching Digital Information Distribution System
2)Central database system for automatic software program sales
3) System for preventing unauthorized copying of active software programs
4) System for marking databases to identify execution of software programs
5)Online try before you buy software distribution system
6) Try before you buy software distribution and marketing system
7) Self-launching encrypted try before you buy software distribution system

There is a short description of each patent, but these are very general. I'll post more as I get more.

Underwriter's supporting stock?

One thought was that the huge volume at the end of the day was shorting. But there was no uptick, so that can't be it.

My theory is that MMs are rushing in to support the stock price at the original IPO level. Evidence for this position would be heavy buying today by BT Alex Brown and others. Can anybody post today's trading action as a funciton of MM?
