Frank et al...some thoughts...

West Coast just getting up and catching up with posts...Where's FatMatt? Looks like KAA took some of Matt's advice and created a holding company.

Frank, you want to see the potential of a mature holding company? Check out BRKa and BRKb...

Finally, the name Corporate Vision has some real meaning...and will do a lot in attracting and promoting "spin-off" candidates.

I'm not much of a conspiracy person, however, is there any chance MM might be a tad short on this issue? Come Sept 1st, when the Preferred are issued, will a total accounting of shares need to happen? Even a measly 20-30k short could run this thing. IMO, with such a low float that is SO tightly held by the "loyalists" that any new money coming in could make this explosive.

BTW, anyone have any opinions on who bought all those Reg S shares? Did they end up in MM accounts or were they retailed out? (Its only about 100k shares now, and they're sitting at over $5.)
