Razor, Thanks for the comments. But I can't let you get away that easily. In your generic reference to conversion dates are you alluding to the October dates for the Series F preferred and the industrial finance agreements? If so, if the sky does not fall in on HEC's stock price within a few weeks from such dates will you & Z-Man find the nearest hole & crawl in it? <g> I bet you guys are gonna say the real date is way out in '02, when the convertible notes could become floorless, and you're going to harass the hell out of this thread for the next 4 yrs.!
