1. Monsanto's interest in 'touch of nature' is due to the fact their is no stevia in it. Keep pressing until you find the right contact. There is, I hear, no confidentiality on this matter. 2. Touch of Nature has no stevia in it. You are speculating. Stevia is 300X sweeter than touch of nature and has quite an aftertaste, 'touch' has no aftertaste 3. Predictions are quite common in buisness. Touch of Nature is now being sold to consumers and other products are being introduced to consumers in succession. The company is now generating revenues. 4. You are quite wrong. The interim TA is in the process of completing the transfer to the new TA . The new TA is better equipped to handle the calling of certs. Mike Sylver must hand sign every cert himself. 5. The financials will be audited after Dr. Lorrichio, AZNT and the SEC ascertain how to evaluate a value for Dr. Lorrichio's intellectual properties. That should be resolved very soon. 6. The group you suggest has not been able to relate to us why they feel AZNT is a poor investment. They have only offered hype, incorrect float numbers and poor diligence. RB

So far no one at Monsanto says they've even heard of AZNT although I do keep getting referred to someone else. ^^^^maybe monsato doesn't like you? 2. So far I have a nagging suspicion that Dr. L. will claim under oath he didn't realize the tree he named "Touch of Nature" was really the Stevia (etc) tree.^^^that is a hail mary pass jeff, it is not same tree. 3. I got worried when I saw President Sylver predicted revenues of $1.1M for Q1 a year ago and they did 45K (I think).^^^ illegally shorted shares were a supposed to raise money for secondary offering, instead mm shorted stock and is probably going to jail 4. I fail to see how anyone will be able to trade in their shares when it appears AZNT has no transfer agent.^^^wait for next release and see 5. There are no audited financials and shares seem to keep popping up everywhere. ^^^ share issue addressed on thread, financials very close 6. Just about every person with a nose for a scam is posting on this thread so it's just a matter of time before someone finds a smoking gun and, yes, I do believe there is one. ^^if you look long enough you can convince yourself of anything I hope you recall what happened to CYGS the "days after" it went up big when Big Dog promoted it all weekend. I see the same thing happening here. Don't be greedy. ^^dont see anyone promoting here no big news promises, no buy this stock now, no we are going to $25, just a group of individual investors sharing information. jesse
