Over the past 5 trading days, PAIR lost 1 1/8 on volume less than its daily trading average. Big blocks are not being moved. The institutions who own are not selling. There is negligible PUT activity in January. The small investors are fleeing, taking the lumps with their losses. It's too bad because they will miss out on the pending upswing.

Before the end of October, we will enjoy a telecom sector boost instigated by Lucent. We will see Cisco, Nortel, Ericcson, Motorola, and Siemens jockeying for position to supply equipment to the $10B industry (growing to $100B by 2001). PAIR, and other equipment manufacturers, will be the benefactors. With Alcatel owning 20% of PAIR, and having sales exceeding LU by a few million the past 4 quarters, things will be very interesting.

Keep the faith. Pairgain WILL come through!

Mark: PM = Private Message, perhaps? Look in "Folders" and "Inbox" at the top of the screen.
