Now, I have to ask, why would you do that, and recommend selling DELL at the same time? Now you see that my advice isn't just propaganda. I can't hope to influence anything anyway. The point is that DELL has been such a fantastic performer that anyone who had a set proportion of DELL in their portfolio would have to sell some just to rebalance. These people wouldn't sell on FA or TA just risk management. Of course this argument is balanced by John Rosser's comment that many people might want to get in on the DELL phenomenon only now.
