I repeat for bmart's benefit...'touch of Nature' is not a recognized name for any tree or shrub.

For all who are not lawyers, the SEC and AZNT DISAGREE as to the value (if any) of Dr. L's intellectual property. The SEC is a regulatory body. Are you suggesting, that AZNT and the SEC are in perfect agreement and are simply working diligently together just for the sheer fun of it?????? I suggest to you that we all know that the firm and the SEC disagree at this time.

are either of the Drs. Lorrichio chemical engineers?? If so, where did they obtain their degrees??

You claim that my summary is poorly researched and incorrect. Please help me understand why this company is worth approximately $100 M dollars??? What do they have that sets them apart from the 100 or more companies selling dietary supplements??
Isn't 100 million dollars a lot for a company that has just made the transition from R&D to 'profit centre' without the benefit of patent protection on any of their products????

ago made the transition from a R & D company to generating revenue

".....'Natures treat' is not a recognized name for any tree or shrub...." The tree Dr. Lorrichio named is "touch of Nature", not "Nature's treat"

I beg your pardon. The tree is called "Nature's Taste", and the sweetener is called "Touch of Nature". We would like to go beyond this silliness to discover what the botanical name of the tree is.
