John
Like you I'm underwhelmed by IPV performance, cash position and the news of a big raise doesn't impress me. Management should be rewarding itself more with an equity incentive IMO. So far, this has probably been my single worst investment decision ever. I'm not sure where they're going now. Looks like IPV paid too much for Tisma and with Asian manufacturer's cash strapped, sales of IPV systems are likely to slow even more. Like you say they'll need financing soon. Stock is out at this price. More debt - I suspect the bankers won't be excited. Seems to me that someone who wants the technology could probably come along and pick it up fairly cheap right now. Unfortunately, I don't imagine that would get me out of my deep hole on IPV. Hoping things will get better - but zero expectations.

Right on John!!....Him getting a raise is an insult to shareholders, and getting a bonus, well...now we know how this company is run and why this company is going downhill.
