The Kemble factor: Kemble, since I posted your picture (with me, taken at the Dellheads convention) on my bulletin board next to my computer a week ago, Dell has been up about 14%....Now, quick and dirty calculating shows that the "Kemble factor" should be worth (at least) an appreciation of about 728% in Dell's stock this year (annualized, of course).. Two comments: This calculation assumes, of course, that I keep the picture up (on the bulletin board) all year....Officially, there are no plans to take it down at this point. Secondly, what would happen if all Dellheads put up all the pictures that they have taken with you ON THEIR BULLETIN BOARDS...Hmmmm.....Maybe 2,600% in three years might start looking pretty shabby in comparison.... Just joshin' you coach....Say hi to your brother for me...

Thursday, October 1, 7:00PM Royal Ontario Museum, Samuel Hall, Currelly Gallery, 100 Queen's Park. Cocktails will begin at 7:00PM. Dinner will be served at 7:30PM Business attire requested.
