Mark, I read this as a simple stock swap. I took the dollar references to be examples of stock price for that point in time only. "Under the terms of the agreement, Arakis shareholders will receive one Talisman share for every ten Arakis shares." "Talisman will issue 8.92 million common shares based on 89.2 million Arakis shares outstanding." I don't see any actual exchange of cash. Dan

TATRADER, Question about Dial Data. Are you happy with Dial Data? Do you have much trouble downloading daily data? Do you have problem logging on to Dial Data to download or anything else? Will appreciate your input. Good luck trading. Christopher
