I don't think it's about being arrogant as much overwhelmed by demand -- what with the iMac hoopla and all. On the one month delay, IMO they're favoring the channel. They don't want vendors losing sales to the Store from lack of availability. As a shareholder, it's a nice problem to have. Sorry you had such a bad experience. But as a potential owner, you should be comforted that you're buying a platform that is technologically advanced, esthetically pleasing -- and increasingly popular. PS> Get 'em Eric!
