Cliff,

The founders for this company are brokers (who knows maybe even MM's). I would be surprised if they did not take advantage of the best place to incorporate the company. Well, at least the best place for Officers and Directors...

Really Cliff?

Tell me all about it. I could listen to you for hours. Oh, that's right, I already have.

Please consider condensing your acerbic prose into one post daily.

Have a great night Cliff,

CR

Cliff et all,

I'm not bashing or hyping. I was just searching through the list of companies that are incorporated in Nevada. The third company I entered in was Compaq Computers. It's a Nevada corporation.

I'm curious about which penny stock scam companies you're aware of that were incorporated in Nevada?

As I said, I, like you, am interested in discovering the good and bad about FNTN. However, it seems that you are shooting from the hip on some of your analysis; without any real supporting evidence.

Kevin
