Cliff, The founders for this company are brokers (who knows maybe even MM's). I would be surprised if they did not take advantage of the best place to incorporate the company. Cliff et all, I'm not bashing or hyping. I was just searching through the list of companies that are incorporated in Nevada. The third company I entered in was Compaq Computers. It's a Nevada corporation. I'm curious about which penny stock scam companies you're aware of that were incorporated in Nevada? As I said, I, like you, am interested in discovering the good and bad about FNTN. However, it seems that you are shooting from the hip on some of your analysis; without any real supporting evidence.
