David, I am no SEC or NASD expert, but I believe that they can offer a private placement to whomever they want. Insofar as "dumping your shares" at the open, I think we have factored that in. We are quite aware of the "whinie babies", but then we are also aware of the "greed factor". After all, isn't the "greed factor" why you are here in the first place? I'll bet that if it looks like it's going to take off, you won't sell, but will wait for a better price. Go for it, David, I totally agree with you. Regards, AD
