Well Mike here is the rational behind this, if those guys had not stepped up took the risks with their money and does anyone remember that threat to sue the plaintiffs? There was a lot at stake for these individuals, personal lawsuits, stress, and who knows what else. These changes would not have taken place if they had not stood their ground for all of us.

Now I understand what you are saying, but what if that "other merger" had happened they havent had a trade in a few days... we were at .25 and falling like a rock just a few days ago, really it could have been much worse.

Now we arent talking about alot of shares, it wont hardly effect the float at all and certainly not the price. So lets not put pennies before dollars, because I know you have Warrants and Preferred shares on the way. This is going to go a long way in helping you average down also, plus we have alot on the table at the moment and we all stand a VERY REAL chance at seeing some very nice profits even at $11 or $12, the price isnt the worry, patience is.
